US President Donald Trump has announced a discounted reciprocal tariff. Trump has announced concessional tax on goods imported from other countries including India and China. Along with this, a tariff of 30 to 45 percent has been imposed on many Asian countries.
America has also given a shock to India. America will levy 26 percent tariff on India. At the same time, it has announced to impose 34 percent duty on goods imported from China. Announcing the retaliatory taxes, Trump said that our country has been looted by other countries.
A 49 percent tariff has been imposed on goods imported from Cambodia. The Trump administration has also decided to impose a 46% tariff on goods imported from Vietnam, which is one of the highest rates. A 31% tariff will be imposed on Switzerland and 32% on Taiwan and 20% on the European Union. On the other hand, Trump has given some relief to the United Kingdom. A 10 percent tariff has been imposed on imports from the United Kingdom,Trump has imposed the highest tariff of 49 percent on Cambodia.
