Renton, WA — A 43-year-old man drowned after slipping underwater while in police custody. Authorities confirmed it as an in-custody death. The Valley Independent Investigative Team (VIIT) is investigating, with Kent Police as lead agency.
Unfortunately, the 43-year-old male slipped under the water and drowned.
