Under new sanctions to be announced on Monday, exactly three years after Russia invaded Ukraine, Britain will ban the entry of individuals who provide significant aid to Russia or owe their assets to Russia.
The UK government said the sanctions would also include individuals with access to the highest levels of the Russian government. They may include some senior politicians, government officials and business people.
