Canada has implemented new immigration rules in the country. According to the new rule, immigration officials can cancel the visas of people living in the country on temporary residence visas such as study and work permits. IRCC has changed the Immigration and Refugee Protection Regulation’s rules for cancellation of immigration documents.
According to the new rules, Canadian authorities have the right to cancel a temporary residence visa if they feel that a person is giving false information or has a criminal record.These changes have come into effect from January 31. Immigration, Refugee and Citizenship Canada (IRCC) has called it a reform in the immigration system.
