According to the report, sources in the property market have said that Tesla is going to open its showroom on a space of 4,000 square feet on the ground floor of a commercial tower in BKC. For lease, you will have to pay rent of around Rs 900 per square feet every month, which is usually Rs 35 lakh. The lease agreement is for 5 years
