A major incident occurred in South Korea due to the mistake of the Air Force. Eight bombs accidentally dropped from a fighter jet (KF-16) during an Air Force training exercise on Thursday. 15 people were injured in this incident. The Air Force informed about this accident.
According to the Air Force, the incident occurred when eight MK-82 bombs were inadvertently released from a KF-16 fighter aircraft. All the bombs fell outside the designated firing range. It was fortunate that only a few civilians were injured and no major accident occurred. The Air Force clarified that it was a human or technical error, an investigation has been initiated.

Issuing a statement, an Air Force spokesperson said, “We deeply regret this incident. We express our condolences to those affected. The exact number of injured and assessment of damage is still underway, but initial reports indicate that many people have been injured.”
