As Nicole, 30, told Vogue in an article published March 17, “We wanted our friends and family to have a taste of our dream weekend in the Mayan Riviera paradise.” The occasion included a beach bonfire to kick off the festivities March 13 and a stereotypical cocktail hour the evening before the big day on a rooftop terrace, complete with speeches from the couple’s close friends and family.
“Many tears were shed,” the Paradise actress gushed, “and we were overwhelmed with gratitude for the people who have made such a huge impact on our lives, both as individuals and as a couple.” And the March 15 ceremony itself was even more emotional. The couple exchanged vows at around 5 p.m., just off the beach to avoid the strong winds by the water. But Justin, 53, opted to keep the specific details of their nuptials private.
