After Uddhav and Raj Thackeray coming together due to the Hindi-Marathi controversy in Maharashtra, the reaction of the leaders of Hindi speaking states is now only serving to escalate this controversy further. BJP MP from Godda in Jharkhand Nishikant Dubey, former BJP MP from Azamgarh Dinesh Lal Yadav Nirahua and MP from Purnia in Bihar Rajesh Ranjan alias Pappu Yadav In their respective statements, they are seen reacting sharply to the incidents of violence against Hindi speaking people who cannot speak Marathi.
Nishikant Dubey has targeted leaders like Uddhav and Raj and said that if you have the courage then just like you are killing Hindi speaking people, kill Urdu speaking people as well, kill Tamil and Telugu speaking people as well. According to Dubey, I have always said that if you are in your own house then you are a big boss, come to Bihar, come to Uttar Pradesh, come to Tamil Nadu, we will beat you up. This hooliganism will not work.
Nishikant Dubey said that we respect Marathi. Marathi is a respectable language. The freedom fighters of Maharashtra have made a huge contribution to our independence.But in today’s vote bank politics, nothing can be more disgusting than what Uddhav and Raj Thackeray are doing in view of the BMC elections. We oppose it. Similarly, Purnea MP Pappu Yadav also said on Friday that Raj Thackeray is attacking Hindi speakers in Maharashtra. I have challenged Raj Thackeray to stop this hooliganism. Otherwise, I will come to Mumbai and take away all his arrogance.
