The Indian cricket team is on a tour of England. It has to play its next match at Old Trafford ground in Manchester. Team India has reached Manchester for this important match and after reaching here it became a part of a unique confluence. This confluence was of cricket and football. As soon as they reached here, Team India also wore a red jersey.

Actually, Team India met the players of the world famous football club Manchester United. During this, both of them exchanged jerseys. While Indian players wore the red jersey of Manchester United, the players of the famous football club wore the jersey of Team India. BCCI has shared photos of the meeting and jersey exchange between the players of both the teams on its social media accounts. Apart from this, some videos have also been posted in which captain Shubman Gill and Rishabh Pant are seen playing football with the players of Manchester United.

In a video, Mohammad Siraj is seen bowling to Harry Maguire. Photos of the coaches of both the teams have also surfaced. Manchester United is said to be the favorite team of Team India’s coach Gautam Gambhir. Gill’s photo with Bruno Fernandes is also going viral at this time. Jaspreet Bumrah’s photo talking to Mason Mount is also going viral. Apart from this, a joint photo of the players of both the teams is also being discussed a lot.

The Manchester Test is starting on 23 July and this match is very important for India. If Team India is not able to win this match then it will lose the series. It needs a win at all costs to remain in the race to win the series.
