BELLEVUE, WA — October 13–14, 2025: Bellevue Police and other local law enforcement agencies were kept busy over the weekend with a series of domestic violence calls, thefts, and public disturbances across the city.

At 7:08 p.m., officers responded to the Plymouth Crossing Apartments after a resident reported being assaulted by a man with a history of violence and an active order against him. The suspect allegedly grabbed and threw the victim into a wall before fleeing.

Around 9:00 p.m., a caller reported a woman experiencing a mental health crisis at the Overlake Hospital emergency room, refusing to be discharged and expressing distress about returning home.

Later that evening, a subject was cited for stealing more than $500 worth of Nike merchandise from Dick’s Sporting Goods.

At 9:38 p.m., a disturbance was reported at the Extended Stay America hotel, where guests complained of ongoing issues involving drug activity and prostitution in nearby rooms.

Police received a report around 9:46 p.m. of two individuals checking car door handles near 141st Avenue SE. A short time later, at 10:22 p.m., officers responded to a domestic violence incident in the 15800 block of SE 5th Place involving a reportedly intoxicated male.

By 10:58 p.m., another domestic violence call came from the 16900 block of Eastgate Way, involving a woman and her daughter. Responding officers noted escalating tensions between the parties.

In another case, around 11:01 p.m., a man was found unconscious at a gas station on NE 24th and 148th Avenue, slumped over in a vehicle with a child inside. Police conducted field sobriety checks and determined the driver was just asleep.

At 11:09 p.m., officers handled a disturbance at the 76 gas station in Crossroads, where a man was reportedly wandering between businesses and harassing people.

Later that night, around 11:43 p.m., police received multiple reports of a man pounding on doors at the Polaris Apartments. He was described as acting erratically and attempting to enter the building’s fifth floor.

Around 12:03 a.m., another caller from the same area reported a loose German Shepherd, which police determined was linked to the earlier disturbance.

In a separate call at 4:13 a.m., officers were dispatched to the Cambridge Apartments, where suspects in a U-Haul van were seen breaking into a vehicle. Police recovered the van but found it had already been used in another attempted burglary.

Additional calls over the two-day period included reports of possible prowlers, suspicious activity near retail stores, and ongoing domestic disturbances at various apartment complexes.

The Bellevue Police Department continues to investigate several of these incidents and reminds residents to remain alert, secure their homes and vehicles, and report suspicious activity immediately.
