Jackson County, GA – A devastating tragedy struck I-85 in Jackson County when a tractor-trailer plowed into the back of a family van, killing all eight occupants. The driver of the truck, identified as 33-year-old Kane Aaron Hammock of Gainesville, now faces multiple serious charges in connection with the deadly collision.
The incident occurred when Hammock’s semi-truck slammed into a Dodge van carrying an entire family, reportedly triggering a fiery chain-reaction crash involving four other vehicles.
