Seattle, WA – November 8, 2025 – The Seattle Home Fair returns on November 8 from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. at the Filipino Community Center (5740 Martin Luther King Jr Way S). Homeowners, renters, and landlords can get face-to-face guidance from City experts on permits, inspections, building codes, energy efficiency, earthquake retrofits, and rent regulations.
This year’s fair also features right-of-way permitting assistance from the Seattle Department of Transportation and community space opportunities from the Department of Neighborhoods.

Getting There: Street parking is limited. Columbia City Light Rail Station is a 15-minute walk. On-site interpretation is available in multiple languages.
