San Bernardino, CA – October 28, 2025:
The U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS) announced that officers in San Bernardino have successfully identified and detained two individuals attempting to defraud the U.S. immigration system.

According to USCIS, the two suspects—one from Turkey and the other from Mexico—were found to have multiple criminal charges. Both individuals are now in custody and have been removed from the community.

In an official statement on social media, USCIS reaffirmed its ongoing commitment to upholding the integrity of the immigration process and ensuring public safety:

“Our San Bernardino officers identified dangerous individuals trying to scam the immigration system. Two criminals with multiple charges, one from Turkey and the other from Mexico, are now off our streets. We remain committed to rooting out criminals and safeguarding our communities.”

The arrests underscore USCIS’s strengthened efforts to detect fraudulent immigration activities and maintain the security of U.S. communities.
