Renton, WA (November 2) — The City of Renton announced that Republic Services customers living within Renton city limits who have a garbage cart will receive a credit on their next utility bill.
According to the update, the credit will appear on bills expected between November 1–15. This reimbursement is being provided to compensate for missed garbage collections during the 12-day strike in July.
The city clarified that the adjustment applies only to customers directly served by Republic Services within Renton’s jurisdiction.
