KENT, WA – November 2025 — The City of Kent Arts Commission convened today at 5:30 p.m. in the Centennial Building to discuss upcoming cultural and community arts initiatives, including an update on the much-anticipated 2025–26 Spotlight Series.

The Arts Commission plays a key role in supporting Kent’s vibrant arts scene by advising on public art projects, cultural programming, and community engagement efforts. The Spotlight Series, one of the city’s signature cultural offerings, features live performances by local, national, and international artists, bringing a variety of music, dance, and theater events to Kent residents.

Tonight’s meeting provided updates on planning, partnerships, and featured performers for the new season, as well as opportunities for community input and collaboration.
