The City of Kent has officially announced adjusted operating hours for Parks, Recreation & Community Services during the Christmas holiday period. Residents are advised to plan visits accordingly as several facilities will close early on Christmas Eve and remain closed on Christmas Day.
Christmas Eve (December 24) – Early Closures:

Kent Commons Community Center: Closes at 3:00 PM

Kent Senior Activity Center: Closes at 1:00 PM

18-hole course remains closed

Pro Shop: Closes at 2:00 PM

Driving Range: Closes at 3:00 PM (last bucket sold at 2:30 PM)

Christmas Day (December 25):
All facilities, including the Kent Commons Community Center, Kent Senior Activity Center, and Riverbend Golf Complex, will be closed in observance of the Christmas holiday.
