The City of Renton has provided an update on the Rainier Avenue South (Phase 4) project, confirming that construction is nearing its final stages despite delays caused by a recent atmospheric river event. Prolonged wet weather over the past few weeks slowed progress; however, crews continued working whenever conditions allowed.
According to city officials, remaining work will pause during the holiday season, with construction scheduled to resume on January 5.
