USAKing County Emergency Management Hosts Damage Assessment Clinic for Flood Victims

Pacific, Washington — The King County Emergency Management Team is hosting a Damage Assessment Clinic today to assist residents impacted by recent flooding, according to the City of Kent Government.

The clinic is being held at Pacific City Hall, located at 100 3rd Ave SE, Pacific, WA, on Friday, December 26, 2025, from 9:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m.

During the event, emergency management staff are helping flood victims complete an online damage assessment survey, a free and highly recommended service. The information collected will be included in King County’s official report to the State of Washington as part of a request for individual disaster assistance following the recent flooding.

Residents are encouraged to complete the assessment as thoroughly as possible and bring relevant information, including:

  • Name and address

  • Estimated loss to personal property

  • Insurance coverage and deductible information

  • Photos documenting flood damage

Computers are available for public use at City Hall for those who need assistance completing the survey. A link to the damage assessment survey is also available online through King County Emergency Management.

Officials stress that completing the assessment is critical to ensuring accurate reporting of damages and improving the chances of securing state assistance for affected residents.

For additional information or questions, residents may contact Pacific City Hall at (253) 929-1100 or the Pacific Police Department.
