Kent, Washington — Residents in Kent affected by recent flooding can receive free assistance with home cleanup through the Crisis Cleanup Hotline, according to the City of Kent Government.
The hotline connects residents with volunteers from local relief organizations, community groups, and faith-based organizations who may be able to help remove mud and debris, cut fallen trees, remove drywall, flooring, and appliances, tarp damaged roofs, and assist with mold mitigation.
City officials emphasized that all services are provided at no cost, though assistance is not guaranteed due to high demand. The Crisis Cleanup Hotline will remain open through January 9, 2026.
Residents needing help can call the Washington Floods Home Cleanup Hotline at (844) 965-1386 for assistance. Officials encourage impacted residents to reach out as soon as possible due to overwhelming need across the region.
