Drivers in Kent should expect temporary traffic delays on Monday, March 23, 2026, as alternating eastbound and westbound traffic will be in effect on Summit Avenue North and East Smith Street.

The traffic revision will run from 7:30 a.m. to 5 p.m. while crews install a new guardrail in the area. Traffic control personnel will be on site to guide vehicles safely through the work zone.

Motorists are advised to use caution, follow posted directions, and plan for possible delays during the scheduled construction period.
