KENT, WA — The City of Kent has officially opened registration for its Spring 2026 session of Kent 101, a free seasonal civics course designed to help residents gain a deeper understanding of how local government works.
The program provides participants with an inside look at the roles and responsibilities of city leadership, staff, and various departments. Attendees will learn how decisions are made, how city services operate, and how residents can become more involved in civic processes.
