The weather of entire India is going to be affected due to heat wave in the western region and thunderstorms, rain and snowfall in the mountains of the north along with the moisture laden winds coming from the Bay of Bengal in the east.
The temperature in the plains will fall by three to four degrees and pre-monsoon rains with thunderstorms are expected in many places. This condition of change in weather may continue for more than a week.
The effect of snowfall in the mountains can start showing in the plains in two-three days. There can be rain with strong thunderstorms in many areas from Punjab to Delhi and Western UP.
Delhi may remain cloudy and Bihar-Jharkhand may also witness heavy rains accompanied by thunderstorms. This change in weather will not cause much rise in temperature for the next one week.
