The incident happened just days before the so-called ‘Khalistani referendum’ in Los Angeles Not only was the temple vandalised, but ‘anti-Hindu’ messages were also written. Slogans like ‘Hindus go back’ were written on the walls of the temple, which worried the local Hindu community.
