INTERNATIONAL'I got a license to kill 227 people...', Sheikh Hasina's troubles increased in the audio clip case

The troubles of former Bangladesh Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina seem to be increasing again. The International Crimes Tribunal has issued a show cause notice to Sheikh Hasina and her associate. The tribunal headed by Justice Murta Majumdar has passed this order on the basis of an audio clip.

Sheikh Hasina has been charged with interference in the judicial process and making threats. Prosecutor Gazi MH Tamim in the ICT said that Hasina and banned Chhatra League (BCL) leader Shakil Alam Bulbul have been directed to respond to the show cause notice by May 15.

Recently, an audio clip surfaced on social media in which the former Bangladesh PM is allegedly saying, “I have got a license to kill 227 people. 227 cases have been registered against me.” Lawyer Tamim said that the ICT has issued this notice after forensic investigation of the clip.
