The second match of the three-match ODI series between India and England will be played in Cuttack today. By winning this match, Team India will be eyeing to capture the series. At present, Team India is leading 1-0 in the series. The second ODI match of this series is to be played on 9th February i.e. today at Barabati Stadium, Cuttack.

All eyes will be on the return of captain Rohit Sharma and Virat Kohli. Earlier, in the first ODI match played in Nagpur, Team India won by 4 wickets and took a 1-0 lead in the series. Now the mission of Rohit’s platoon is to capture the series by winning the second ODI match

In the first ODI match played in Nagpur, Virat Kohli was out of the playing-11 due to a knee injury. Now Kohli will return in the second ODI. The discussion about who will be out of the playing-11 due to Kohli’s return is at its peak.In the absence of Virat, Shreyas Iyer was given a chance in the playing-11, where he made a comeback and scored a half-century. In such a situation, it will not be so easy for the team management to keep Shreyas out. In such a situation, it is being speculated that Yashasvi Jaiswal may have to sit out of the match for the second ODI.
