The Sikh community in Kent, Washington, is set to gather for a special religious and historical event at Gurdwara Sri Guru Teg Bahadur Sahib on Sunday, May 17, starting at 9:00 AM.
The program will honor the memory of Chhota Ghallughara (the smaller Sikh holocaust) at Kahnuwan in Gurdaspur and celebrate Sirhind Fateh Divas dedicated to Baba Banda Singh Bahadur.
According to the schedule released by the gurdwara management, several respected Sikh speakers and religious scholars will address the congregation throughout the day. The event will include katha, religious discussions, and commemorative speeches highlighting Sikh history, sacrifice, and bravery.
The event will conclude with Ardaas and Guru Ka Langar for all attendees. Organizers have invited the sangat to attend with their families and take part in the spiritual gathering.
