Kent residents are invited to take part in a fun and energetic community event as the Kent Knights host a free cheer clinic on Sunday, March 29, 2026. The clinic will take place from 1:00 to 3:00 p.m. at the Kent-Meridian High School Gymnasium, located at 10020 SE 256th St in Kent, Washington.
Organized by the Lady Knights, the clinic offers participants an opportunity to learn basic cheer skills, including cheers, a short dance routine, jumps, and introductory stunting techniques. The event is designed to be accessible and engaging for youth interested in exploring cheerleading, whether as beginners or those looking to build on existing skills.
In addition to hands-on instruction, attendees will have the chance to connect with the Kent Knights program and learn more about joining the 2026 season. A short performance is scheduled for 2:45 p.m., giving participants an opportunity to showcase what they have learned during the clinic.
