After Pakistan’s Defence Minister Khawaja Asif, Pakistan People’s Party (PPP) chairman Bilawal Bhutto’s statement has come to light. Bilawal Bhutto has endorsed Khawaja Asif’s statement on terrorism. Khawaja Asif had said in his statement after the attack in Pahalgam that terrorists thrive in Pakistan.
Now after this Bilawal Bhutto said, Pakistan has its own past in this matter. The former foreign minister admitted that Pakistan is involved in supporting terrorist groups.Speaking to Yalda Hakim of News, Bhutto said,
‘As far as the Defence Minister has said, I don’t think it is any secret that Pakistan has a past, as a result, we have suffered. This is not a secret that is being hidden. Pakistan has suffered. We have gone through a wave of extremism. But as a result of what we have faced, we have also learned our lessons. We have made internal reforms to solve this problem.’
