In the joint statement released on Wednesday during the bilateral talks between PM Modi (PM Modi France Visit) and French President Emmanuel Macron, it has been said that progress has been made in the construction of three more French-designed Scorpene class ‘hunter-killer’ submarines in Mumbai.
