A rape case has been registered against cricketer Yash Dayal in Ghaziabad, in which a girl has accused him of sexually exploiting her by making false promises of marriage. The girl had complained to CM Yogi on June 21 After which the police has registered an FIR and started investigating the case and arrests will be made soon. The victim will be medically examined and her statement will be recorded in the court.
A girl from Ghaziabad has accused IPL champion RCB’s fast bowler Yash Dayal of rape. The girl has alleged that Yash Dayal sexually exploited her by promising marriage. The victim had complained to CM Yogi on June 21. Ghaziabad police recorded the girl’s statement a week ago.
Ghaziabad Additional Police Commissioner Alok Priyadarshi said- On the complaint of the victim, an FIR has been registered against cricketer Yash Dayal under 69 BNS. He will be arrested soon. The victim will be given a medical checkup soon. The victim girl said- I talked to Yash Dayal on social media in 2019. After this, we started talking on Instagram, then he talked to me about marrying me. Then he maintained a relationship with me for a few days.
Yash kept me with him for a long time in Bangalore by promising to marry me. He also took me to Delhi and Prayagraj. He made relations with me. Whenever I spoke about marriage, he used to talk about his career and tell me to settle down first.
