REDMOND, Wash. — The City of Redmond is gearing up for the return of Redmond Lights, the city’s annual winter celebration that blends art, culture, and community spirit. In a statement, Redmond Parks & Recreation emphasized that these community partners play a key role in shaping the festive experience, contributing connection, culture, and what the city describes as “a whole lot of heart.”
