Renton police officers, assisted by King County’s Guardian One helicopter, are searching for two suspects following a shooting on the 4400 block of NE 12th Street on Tuesday evening.
According to the Renton Police Department, officers were dispatched shortly before 5 p.m. and located a male victim suffering from non-life-threatening injuries. The victim was treated, and authorities confirmed he is expected to recover.
Police say the suspects fled the area, prompting an active search that includes aerial support. Residents are advised to expect a significant police presence in the neighborhood as the investigation continues.
