Amid India-Pakistan tension, the central government has decided to send an all-party delegation to several countries. After Operation Sindoor, under this major diplomatic campaign, the government will send Indian leaders to different countries from next week to expose Pakistan-sponsored terrorism on the global stage.
The central government has talked to MPs of many political parties including the opposition about this. At the same time, some parties have also approved the presence of their members for this diplomatic exercise.
There is no clear information about the exact number of delegations or their members that will be a part of this campaign of the Government of India. However, some leaders have said that more than 30 MPs can be a part of this campaign.
The delegation of leaders will visit different countries for 10 days. The MPs will visit different parts of the countries as decided by the government. The Ministry of External Affairs (MEA) will brief the MPs before they leave for their diplomatic mission.
Sources said the parties whose MPs will be included in the delegation include BJP, Congress, TMC, DMK, NCP(SP), JDU, BJD, CPI(M) and some others. A potential member of the delegation said that they have been asked to be ready to leave for 10 days from May 22-23. Apart from this, it has been said that the Ministry of External Affairs will contact them later with the rest of the information and details.
