The third shooting occurred around 6:20 a.m. when a 26-year-old man was shot in the back and leg outside a Hookah Lounge in the SODO district. An unknown person drove him to HMC, leaving him at a nearby gas station. The victim, who recently moved to Seattle from Arizona, was uncooperative with police. This case is also assigned to GVRU.
