Kent, WA — The Kent Police Department announced a temporary road closure Friday after a train-related incident occurred along the BNSF railway tracks.

According to police, West James Street is closed between 4th Avenue North and Central Avenue North while crews respond to the situation. Authorities stated the closure is expected to last at least one to two more hours as the incident is addressed.
