A phase of large-scale demonstrations has begun in America against the policies of Donald Trump. Trump is facing such a large protest after the Women’s March in 2017 and Black Lives Matter in 2020. American citizens are angry with the way Trump is running the country.
Large crowds of people on Saturday peacefully registered their protest at more than 1,200 locations across 50 US states. More than 150 groups, including civil rights organizations, labor unions, LGBTQ+ advocates and election workers, took part in the protest.
Thousands of protesters in hundreds of US cities from Midtown Manhattan to Anchorage, Alaska protested against Trump and Elon Musk’s policies on layoffs, economy, immigration and human rights. The ‘Hands Off’ rally of common people has increased the difficulties of the Trump administration.

Hundreds of protesters took to the streets in Portland, Oregon and Los Angeles, marching from Pershing Square to City Hall and shouting slogans against the government. The government efficiency department led by Elon Musk in the US has been engaged in layoffs ever since Donald Trump came to power.
People are expressing their anger against layoffs, closure of Social Security Administration’s regional offices, deportation of immigrants, protection of transgender people and cutting of funds of health programs.
