US Vice President JD Vance left PM Modi’s residence at around 8:50 pm after meeting him. Vance reached 7 Lok Kalyan Marg to meet the PM at 6:30 pm, where the PM received him.
After this, Modi went inside the residence with Vance, his wife Usha and three children – Ivan, Vivek and Mirabel. He showed the children the garden of his house. The PM gifted peacock feathers to the children. The PM held bilateral talks with Vance and his delegation. The issues discussed in this meeting are not yet known.
JD Vance arrived in India on Monday morning at 10 am with his family on a 4-day visit. Vance’s plane landed at Delhi’s Palam airport at 9:45 am. Here he was received by Union Minister Ashwini Vaishnav. He was given a guard of honour at the airport itself. Artists performed traditional dance in front of Vance, his wife and children.
