Residents and businesses in north Kent are experiencing internet service disruptions today following another act of vandalism that damaged Xfinity’s network infrastructure along West Valley.
According to an official statement from the City of Kent Government, the vandalism incident impacted both Xfinity and Comcast Business services in the area. Xfinity field crews are currently working to repair the damage, with full restoration expected by early to late evening, depending on repair progress.
The City shared a link to Xfinity’s outage update page, encouraging affected customers to check for real-time information and restoration estimates.
“Early this morning Xfinity experienced another vandalism related cut of their network… Xfinity’s current ETA is early to late evening for full recovery,” the City’s post stated.
