Drivers should expect delays as a temporary westbound lane closure is scheduled on SE 240th Street between 148th Ave SE and 146th Pl SE from March 17 through March 20, 2026.

According to city officials, the closure will be in effect daily from 7:30 a.m. to 5 p.m. to allow crews to install a new guardrail along the roadway. Traffic control measures will be in place, with one lane maintained to accommodate vehicles traveling in both directions.

Motorists are advised to plan ahead, allow extra travel time, and exercise caution when passing through the work zone.
