Since the inauguration of US President Donald Trump, there have been many controversies regarding Elon Musk’s rights and interference in the government. Now information has been given by the White House itself on what is the position of Elon Musk in the Trump administration.
The White House is filing an affidavit in court that Elon Musk’s role in the Trump administration is as a White House employee and senior advisor to the President. The White House also said that Musk is not an employee of the Department of Government Efficiency and has no authority to take decisions.
According to the affidavit signed by Joshua Fischer, director of the White House Office of Administration, Musk can only advise the President and communicate his instructions.
