USATraffic Advisory: Lane Closure on 108th Ave SE for RapidRide I-Line Work

Commuters are advised to expect delays due to a temporary lane closure in the area as part of ongoing transit improvements.

The northbound curb lane on 108th Ave SE, between SE 220th St and SE 220th Pl, will be closed from April 13 through May 1, 2026, between 9:00 a.m. and 3:00 p.m. daily. In addition, the northeast corner sidewalk at the intersection of SE 220th Pl and 108th Ave SE will also be closed during this period.

The closure is necessary to support construction related to the RapidRide I-Line project managed by King County Metro. Traffic control measures will be in place to guide vehicles and pedestrians safely through the area.

Motorists are encouraged to plan alternate routes and allow extra travel time. Pedestrians should follow posted detour signs for safe navigation.
