A targeted narcotics operation in Seattle’s Lake City neighborhood led to the arrest of two suspected drug dealers and the seizure of a significant quantity of drugs and cash, according to the Seattle Police Department.
The incident took place on March 31, 2026, at approximately 2:45 p.m., when patrol officers observed a man and woman allegedly dealing drugs from a black Dodge Charger in the 12500 block of 33rd Avenue Northeast. Officers moved in and arrested both suspects without incident, later impounding the vehicle for further investigation.
During the arrest and a follow-up search conducted on April 13, officers recovered $76,040 in cash along with substantial amounts of narcotics, including 324 grams of fentanyl, 81.7 grams of methamphetamine, and 5 grams of crack cocaine.
Authorities also believe the suspects may be connected to a recent armed carjacking, and additional charges could be filed as the investigation progresses. The individuals, identified as a 33-year-old woman and a 41-year-old man, were booked into the King County Jail on charges of possession with intent to distribute narcotics.
The case remains under investigation by detectives from the Narcotics Unit.
