Akshay Kumar is once again returning to the screen with a new patriotic story. After the success of the film Kesari, the makers have shared the teaser of its chapter 2 with the public. ‘Kesari Chapter 2’ is based on the unheard story of the Jallianwala Bagh massacre.
The teaser begins with the massacre that took place on April 13, 1919, at Jallianwala Bagh in Punjab. That day in the history of India which can never be forgotten. In the teaser of the film, it is shown that the British fired continuously on the people for 30 seconds in which they did not even spare women and children. After this, in the next scene, a glimpse of the Golden Temple of Amritsar is seen where Akshay bows his head.
After this he is seen in the court wearing a lawyer’s uniform. Akshay Kumar is playing the role of Sir C. Shankaran Nair in ‘Kesari Chapter-2’. The film directed by Karan Singh Tyagi is said to be based on C. Shankaran Nair. He had shown courage to take on the British Empire after the Jallianwala Bagh massacre.
