Due to the storm and rain in many states of the country recently, a decrease in temperature was seen. Due to which people got relief from the scorching heat. Meanwhile, the Meteorological Department said that now the weather will change again and gradually an increase in temperature will be seen.
However, while North India will witness the heat in the coming days, many states of the Northeast are likely to receive thunderstorms along with light to heavy rains. The IMD said that scattered to light to moderate rainfall accompanied with thunderstorms, lightning and strong winds are likely over Northeast and East India during the next 5 days.
According to the latest information from the Meteorological Department, strong winds accompanied with thunderstorms occurred at isolated places over East Uttar Pradesh, Madhya Pradesh, Vidarbha, Chhattisgarh, Tamil Nadu, Puducherry and Karaikal, Kerala and Mahe, Coastal Andhra Pradesh and Yanam, Rayalaseema and Telangana during the last 24 hours.
