Kent, WA — Despite the rainy weather, spirits were high as hundreds of residents gathered in downtown Kent for the annual Haunted Boo-Levard celebration last week. Hosted by the City of Kent, the event brought families, friends, and even a few costumed pets together for an evening of Halloween fun and community connection.
