The City of Kent has begun site preparation work for the upcoming Sound Transit Parking Garage project located at 621 Railroad Ave N. The project includes clearing and grading activities to ready the site for the future construction of the multi-level parking facility.

Once completed, the new garage will provide expanded parking options for commuters using Sound Transit services, improving accessibility and reducing congestion in the downtown Kent area.

The project is being overseen by Inspector Adam Campbell (253-856-5500) and marks a key step in enhancing regional transportation infrastructure.
