Kent, WA:
Excessive rainfall has caused flooding across parts of the City of Kent, leading to multiple park and trail closures as officials begin transitioning from emergency response to recovery efforts, according to Kent Parks, Recreation & Community Services.
Authorities said floodwaters are starting to recede, but damage to parks and trails remains. Residents are urged to stay off levees and avoid flooded areas and trails for their own safety. The city has also advised the public to strictly follow closure signage and never drive or walk around barricades.

Riverbend Golf Complex: 18-hole golf course closed; driving range and merchandise center open during normal hours. The 18-hole pro shop remains open until 4:30 p.m. (subject to pick-up on holidays).
