PORTLAND, Ore. — Detectives with the Portland Police Bureau’s Major Crimes Unit are asking for the public’s help identifying a suspect connected to a stabbing that occurred last month in Northwest Portland.
The incident happened on Saturday, December 20, 2025, at approximately 11:40 p.m., near Northwest 13th Avenue and Northwest Hoyt Street. Officers from the Central Precinct and the Entertainment Detail responded to reports of a stabbing and arrived alongside emergency medical personnel.
Police found an adult woman suffering from an apparent stab wound to her torso. She was transported to a local hospital, where she was treated and later released.
According to investigators, the suspect fled the scene before officers arrived, and no arrests were made at the time. The Major Crimes Unit has since taken over the investigation and obtained surveillance images believed to show the suspect.
Authorities are asking anyone who recognizes the individual in the images or has information related to the case to contact police by emailing crimetips@police.portlandoregon.gov, attention Major Crimes Unit, and reference case number 25-348310.
Tips can also be submitted anonymously through Crime Stoppers of Oregon, either online or through the P3 Tips mobile app. Crime Stoppers is offering cash rewards of up to $2,500 for information that leads to an arrest in an unsolved felony case. Tipsters may remain anonymous.
