A major plane accident took place in Bangladesh’s capital Dhaka on Monday. A training jet of the Bangladesh Air Force, F-7 BJI, crashed into the campus of Milestone School and College in Uttara area of the capital Dhaka. After this plane crash, there was screaming and crying in the entire area. So far 19 people have died in the plane crash. At the same time, more than 100 people including children are reported to be seriously injured. Many teachers and students are among the dead.

According to news agency Reuters, a doctor from the National Institute of Burn and Plastic Surgery, while talking to the media, said that more than 50 people, including children and adults, are admitted in the hospital due to burn injuries. The incident took place at Milestone School and College in Uttara, a northern area of Dhaka, officials said. This accident has shaken people. Meanwhile, the Bangladesh Army Public Relations Department said in a statement that the Bangladesh Air Force’s F-7 BGI training aircraft crashed in Uttara. The aircraft took off at 13:06 (0706 GMT).

A training jet F-7 of Bangladesh Air Force crashed after colliding with the building of BJI school. After the crash of the plane, a cloud of smoke was seen in the sky. It could be seen from a distance. Relief and rescue operations were started immediately after the accident. Firefighters sprayed water on the damaged remains of the plane. The injured are being taken to hospital. Interim government chief adviser Muhammad Yunus expressed deep sorrow over the incident of the plane crash that took place in the capital Dhaka on Monday. According to news agency ANI, Muhammad Yunus called the incident an irreparable loss for the Bangladesh Air Force and other affected people.
