The final match of IPL 2025 will be played at the Narendra Modi Stadium in Ahmedabad. Qualifier-2 will also be played on the same ground. This decision was taken in a meeting of the BCCI on Tuesday. The Board said that Qualifier-1 and Eliminator matches will be played at Mullanpur Stadium near Mohali.
Not only this, the match between Royal Challengers Bangalore and Sunrisers Hyderabad to be held in Bangalore on May 23 has been shifted to Lucknow due to rain. IPL was stopped on 9 May due to India-Pakistan tension. Then the remaining matches of the league started from 17 May. So far 61 matches of the current season have been played. 13 matches are still left.
The Hyderabad team was supposed to leave for Bangalore on Tuesday, but the team has cancelled the flight. Now the team will stay in Lucknow till the match against Bangalore. It is being told that the Meteorological Department has issued a yellow alert for rain in Bangalore.
